That team you played last night is not the best team in the world, or any world for that matter. They just arent the force they were under Guardiola. I thought they looked a bit toothless against a 2nd rate Scottish pub team last night.

You're right. Messi's 70-odd goals this year have shown him to be well past his prime. And the 6 Barca players that were in Spain's starting 11 that won the European Championship final 4-0 a few months back are pish too. And the fact that they're unbeaten in 18 home CL games, and entirely unbeaten this season, top of La Liga (8 points ahead of Real) obviously shows they're struggling. Sirling Albion on the other hand were in a rich vein of form ...
Barcelona are one of the best sides in the world, maybe the best. Ditto Europe naturally. Pick the bones out of that
interesting. if celtic are a second rate pub team what would that make a team in say the scottish 3rd division? would you also agree that for a second rate pub team they did no bad against the top team in spanish football ?
I have a feeling this one will retort that Real Madrid are the champions and that. Barca are pish so they urr.
cmon fernando - as opposed to a team in 09 who were completely toothless agsainst a certain scottish pub team barca are a great side - consistently the best in the world - while xavi iniesta and messi are there they will always be the best attacking force football has seen at club level unless ALL the experts are wrong?
celtic<chasm>sevco celtic-dining at the top table. sevco-eatin oot the bins at the back of mcdonalds.
This is the stupidest thread I've ever read "They were ****e last night and have not been the team they used to be for quite a while." "That team you played last night is not the best team in the world, or any world for that matter. They just arent the force they were under Guardiola. I thought they looked a bit toothless against a 2nd rate Scottish pub team last night." Absolute ****ing loonballs
