Virus site - I'll accept a ban

As I said, I didn't think you did aim to cause harm to other people's computers, maybe in future use a trusted site (youtube/metacafe) rather than something you're not sure about...

As for Chappaz, it's pretty clear he has a personal vendetta against you (there are one or two others)....You always recommend they add you to their ignore list - why don't you just do that to them if it's starting to get to you?!

I personally think the times you do slip up it's more by accident and a lack of judgement than anything else, I'm not trying to sound patronizing or condescending, but maybe next time you're going to post something in anger, take a minute and actually consider what people's reactions to it will be and whether it's worth just ignoring it?

I can't help having strong views about some dick that tries to spread a virus.

 

I accept my decision was naive, but i don't think i deserve a ban for this, it's another over reaction and i said i was sorry.

And skylarker, i wasn't trying to spread a virus, and you obviously just came on here to stir up the situation, so **** off.

 

If you didn't keep doing this sort of stuff maybe people wouldn't hate you so much...

 

The thing is, not everyone hates me, it's only certain individuals that hate me, i get on with most people and have decent conversations with them.

 

I normally do ignore it mate, but it's there all the time and i can't help but get frustrated if it's constantly coming at me

Bartons Tash - Make sure your anti virus is working and check your computer for viruses, a properly working anti virus would of told you the website is infected. Someone probably already mentioned it, but cba to check through the whole thread.

If you post on a football forum asking for advice on how to pick up women, also mentioning that you have been threatened by terrorists, we're going to have a laugh with it. It wont die so learn to live with it.

It wasn't a thread asking on advice on picking up women, it was advice on how to cheer up a girl that was depressed. It's very different.

 

Yeah, it happens unfortunately (why I'm suggesting stuff instead of abusing you ).
Maybe you should invest in Norton Internet Security. It flags up dodgy websites and stops you going on many websites that have viruses (as well as many other things to protect the computer).

As I pointed out to you yesterday Tash on your "I bleed black and white" thread. You bring this sort of thing on yourself by starting the threads that you do. You said that you can cope with it and don't get bothered.

Yet this has happened because you can't cope with the banter. You get angry and do or say stupid things, like post a link to a shock thread (bad move in any case) which had a virus attached. Whether that was intentional or not only you know.

But the question is are you going to learn from this and stop starting non-football related personal posts that leave you open to the sort of banter you can't cope with or are you going to carry on giving the rest of the forum ammunition to fire at you?

And for the rest of us are we going to ignore his non-football related posts as Agent Bruce has suggested or carry on feeding his attention defecit disorder?

 

I CAN cope with banter mate, but i got sick of the people asking me for the terrorist video, when it's not even a laughing matter. I got death threats when i was 12 years old, why is that funny?

I also get angry when people post insults for no reason what so ever.

And i'm not an attention seeker!

Let me make this very clear. I will never hold back any comments or opinions I have. I don't particularly target anyone, so if someone says something stupid I'll pick them up on it. Anyone.

The reason that I appear to have a vendetta against you is because you post, by far, the most **** which is deserving of a mock. The reason I talk **** about barely anyone else is because barely anyone else makes comments which I can really say anything bad about. However, you do it an AWFUL lot.

That's the only reason why really. If you completely stopped saying stupid crap then I'd probably barely ever mention two words about you.

 

Still very unrelated to football though is it not? If it was a serious problem you'd have done something more helpful than contact some people on a football forum, which is why we have a laugh about it.
