Fellaini although excellent is not a realistic target. A class central midfielder is definatley what we need though. How about a striker? Charlie Austin from Burnley 14 goals in his last 8 league games, 23 year old, 6'2 and looks an absolute gem.
Fellaini's hair is worth £20million! I'd go for Moussa Sissokho (£8million), Luis Fabiano (£7million) & use the rest to tie down Danny Rose permanently.
I think Noble and Lallana would be good signings for you boys (both would fit O'Neill's blueprint too, being young and British). Noble get's his foot on the ball and sprays it about, Lallana can play on either flank, behind the striker or CM, has two good feet and can run at pace with the ball. Both have a bit of an eye for goal too.
I've mentioned Noble a lot of times, and I think Lallana is a cracking player, both top shouts, but Noble is at 'his' club, and I think Lallana will stay at Saints at least till seasons end. He could easily end up at a top, top club that lad.
Now were talking! Would certainly have Sissokho, not sure if we could attract Fabiano and get him out of his comfort zone back in Brazil to over to Europe again but agree about Rose IMO I would go for... Sissokho (8m) Rose (5m) Anderson (7m)
Anderson would never lift his game or work hard enough to be an asset to us mate. Forrest of Celtic is going to be absolutely top drawer, but I doubt he'd leave this early, and I STILL think James Morrison would be ideal for us.
The Goodison Hair Bear is way out of our class right now imo (surely destined for one of the top 2 or 3 clubs in England or Europe) and this is probably a far more likely set of targets. Absolutely agree about Rose. Priority number one for me is to get him signed up long term.
We couldn't even begin to comprehend thinking about signing Fellaini. Man Utd, Chelsea, Real Madrid & Barca could all use him, that's his level, the lad is ****ing brilliant. Moussa is a little bit 'poor mans Fellaini', physical, battles, and run all day box to box. We need to link back and front, and stop the ****ing hoofing.
