It's old people, they were brought up with different views so when it comes to Eskimos and racism they're all inuit.

Not long ago, Clark Carlisle did a tv programme about racism in football. He came across as an intelligent, reasonable and articulate bloke. What I thought was revealing is that, in his role as players rep, people would take their problems and issues to him yet, despite him being black, he was shocked to find that a player had been racially abused, albeit in Europe as he had no experience or knowledge of it occurring in football. That to me says either he's a rubbish rep, or their is no major issue with racism in the football industry. Experience shows us that there's been none in the stands for decades.

That is a very good point Ricardo, they spend decades trying to be treated equally, and now they want to be treated separately again. If it was the other way round and the PFA had said they wanted an all white organisation, and a black one separate, they would be called racist
