I am not going to steal ROTOs thunder by putting the spiel on here about MARLENO at Exeter but that one does form part of a monster double for me tomorrow. The other leg is a horse that I feel only needs a fair amount of luck in running, CLIMAXFORTACKLE 3.20 Yarmouth is ready to win. Watch his last run if you dont believe me, then go to the ATR website and read their comment about him, they couldnt have watched the same race as me. This one is off a fair mark, goes in the ground and is a confident selection tomorrow. Get on early as I will be spreading the love for this one. A 16-1, 14-1 double.......retirement beckons!
14.00 Lingfield- Mutual Regard 2/1 Not a big price but winner still a winner - He made a winning handicap debut at Wolverhampton over 1m4f on Saturday night and a 6lb penalty might not prevent another big run from him here and SMP usually only sends his runners out this quick when they have a very good chance!
Evening all, One that I think is overpriced tomorrow at Lingfield 4.30 FLASHBANG 12/1 Flashbang runs off of her last winning mark here and has the blinkers fitted. Will have a speculative double with yours Stick Best Of Luck All
15.10 Exeter- Quinte Du Chatelet - 16/1 EW- Expected to take over fences better than hurdles- off a very reasonable weight and should do well 16.40 Exeter- Rocky Creek- 2/1 - A fascinating beginners' chase; . He got the better of Gullinbursti to land a Grade 2 novice hurdle at Doncaster prior to contesting the Albert Bartlett at the Cheltenham Festival and he is sure to have been extensively schooled in preparation for his chasing debut
2013 supreme novices winner out tomorrow 2.35 fairyhouse...waaheb. He is going to be an absolute monster over hurdles. Or you know one that i'll follow over a cliff all season having no regard for any reasonable logic or reasoning leaving me skint haha.
Morning all, The King yard expect PANTXOA 10/1 E/W Exeter 3.10 to go well on his chase debut. Best Of Luck All
Morning, all. How uninspiring is today....it’s dark, dull and drizzly. However, in an attempt to brighten things up for the old regular readers I’ll nominate down in God’s own county: Roll the Dice (4.10 Exeter) – this winning hurdler from the Pip Hobbs barn looks more than fairly treated here off a perch of just 103. And connections obviously feel the same as they run him in a handicap on his second start over the big ‘uns rather than going down the more conventional ‘novice route’. Was a far from disgraced 3rd on his fencing bow last month when very heavily supported in the market prior to the off. With that experience behind him expect the old boy to go close here this afternoon. Rocky Creek (4.40 Exeter) – this horse burst onto the old Chuckle radar when winning a Grade 2 over hurdles at Doncaster on just his second run over timber. He relished the 24 furlong trip on that occasion and the way that Rocky Creek travelled, galloped and then ground his opponents into the ground was a joy to behold. He relished the rain softened ground on that occasion and should do so again today. This horse gives the impression that he is going to be even better over fences (was a winning Irish pointer) and he should go in here prior to taking high rank amongst this terms novices. Good luck, poeple.
Wasted enough of my money on Pantxoa last season. MODULE my idea of the winner of the race. Put Hinterland right in his place at Cheltenham and I know what he would do with Paxtxoa
Good afty all, hope we are all well... One that just catches my eye today down in Exeter is Harry Topper in the 4.40... Harry Topper makes his chase debut with Jason Maguire taking his only ride of the day here. Kim Bailey has a half decent record at Exeter in what looks an interesting race... Others there i like... 2.10 - Alberobello 2.40 - The Italian Yob 3.10 - Module 3.40 - Marleno 4.10 - Sophonie 4.40 - Harry Topper, 3/1... only bet today... 5.10 - Moll Flanders Good luck to all today...
He needs to improve significantly Toppy that is for sure I was a fan of the horse last season but the facts are he won a ****e race at 4/9 fav and hasn't won in 9 starts since. And some of the winning distances have been laughable. I hope I am wrong as I used to be a follower
Some very sad news from the Mullins yard- Sous Les Cieux has sadly lost his life in a schooling accident. http://www.racingpost.com/news/hors...ux/1137774/top/#newsArchiveTabs=last7DaysNews
Hello lads. Nothing for me today on the betting front but plenty of interesting beasts strutting their stuff, mainly Waaheb at the abode of the mincers. The 4.10 at Exeter is a corking early season Novice event with three potential top notchers facing off and will be well worth watching for future ref. Might combine some of the lads' tip's in a lucky 15 to pass the time. GL all having a punt.
I think Module looks a very exciting chasing prospect. The fact that Tom George is taking him over fences on just his 2nd start for the stable screams to me that he has been schooling magnificently at home. I think if he jumps well he'll take an awful lot of beating and 5/2 looks a very good price to me.
Its a un-lucky 15... It will turn into a 3 bet patent... You just lose on the other 8 bets with the 1 withdrawal...
