Neil Etheridge and Dan Burn did well for their temporary teams at the weekend. Here is the Club's 'Loan Players Round-up' -

    http://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2012/october/22/loan-roundup

Strangely there is no mention of how Richard Peniket got on in Kidderminster's 4-2 away win at Grimbsby in the first round of the FA Cup proper. He's not mentioned in the Kiddermister site report of the match and they don't give the team sheet, so no clues whether he played.

Neil came back close to home tonight as Bristol Rovers travelled to AFC Wimbledon. They went down 3-1 but according to this article hel had an okay game.

I understand that MJ wishes to put Trotta out on loan,(not before time),
and I would like it to be to a championship side, for his sake and ours he needs
to be playing at a higher level.
So come on Marchello, Buckle down to some hard work, and fulfill that potential
you showed a season or so ago.

Dan played well last night in Yeovil's 3-1 win away to Shrewsbury.

    Jesse Jorenen

Rosc, your man has gone on loan to Conference South side Maidenhead.

    http://www.maidenhead-advertiser.co.uk/Sport/Football/Maidenhead-Utd-FC/Maidenhead-United-FC-sign-international-keeper-from-Fulham-25102012.htm

I know he needs game time and it doesn't look as if he'll get a lot with Fulham at the moment, given the way use the U21 like a reserve side. However (and I've not seen nearly as much of him as you) as a Finish U21 International I would have thought we could have found a League club to give him some decent experience at the same time.

    Cottager 58,
Any updated news on how our on loan players are doing.
Watched a snippet of Briggs performance for Bristol City, awfull,
I know it was his first game, but evidently their fans did not rate him to highly either.

I think Frei came on late in the Cardiff game, which they won 4-0. Etheridge was apparently very good once again for Bristol Rovers. I saw Bristol City lost 2-1, were any of the goals due to Briggs's errors?

From what i saw,he appeared very slow and was caught out of position several times.

Oh really? The positioning doesn't really surprise me, as it's never been one of his strong points (always looses his marker) but the pace bit really does!

On a plus side (maybe), none of the Bristol City fans on this site singled him out for criticism. They are a team that is struggling at the moment, so slotting a player in after one days training and being surprised when he isn't amazing would be a bit silly.

Couldn't really find out much rosc, just this snippet from a Bristol paper about Briggs, "City nearly grabbed a late equaliser but after a cross from Briggs, Taylor's header hit the bar before being grabbed by Amos". So he was obviously still full of running at the end.

Here is the weekly round up from the Club though, about all the lads -

All competative matches are a bonus, much better than kicking ones heels on the bench.
but having said that I would have loved Jesse to hve gone to a league side.

Bristol Rovers' fans have voted Neil their MOTM, despite a 1-0 defeat against Burton
