    3 games into the group stage and there basically out, i would be pretty annoyed if that was us. Though they did have a difficult group, you need a good team and a lot of experience to do well in the champs league.

    They've been unlucky with the draw these last couple of years but, ah well tough ****.

    You earn decent draws by being top seeded after years of sustained success. Something they will never have.

    Hope they do finish third mind, be good to have them pre occupied with the europa league.

    I'm well aware of that, you shouldn't be surprised to learn. I've been to three finals <ok> They are in a hard group. They'll never make the knockout stages now, so they will be in the Europa. The question is, will we still be there to keep them company? <yikes>

    Didnt mean to direct my comment at you just the topic in general. I qouted you post because it made me <laugh>

    Not really paid attention to the Europa, is BR putting his strongest out? I'm not sure City will make the Europa if they don't beat Ajax next match they will most likely come last.

    My mate is the Liverpool and Everton reporter for a national rag. He also gets on very well with BR. It will be a strong team tonight, including Gerrard and Suarez.
