No, your focus has always been on the number of attacks. That doesn't mean that you're right to do so, though. What do you think is more important to the American authorities: the number of terrorists incidents, including some very minor crimes or the incidents in which people are killed? People are more concerned about terrorist attacks that kill thousands of people than pretty much any other crime. I'm not sure why this fact's eluding you.
