Bad craic, and its there for all to see...

I did find it a bit ironic that people were tweeting the official sunderland twitter page complaining about Sunderland's lack of class before signing off 'you bunch of ****s' ...

Some Sunderland fans let their club down big time on the other hand our's were outstanding, you could hear the lads and lasses cheering the lads on.

There was definitely not any racist chanting, and if I'm correct the allegation s directed against one individual..If they can identify him then he deserves all he gets.
    PS..Taylor is still a ****er..

The golf balls are the thing that really stands out.

Chants are chants - - we can be pretty tasteless ourselves at times.

I am only aware of an allegation of ractist abuse being made against one idiot.

But throwing things at players - - seriously, this is England. That **** happens in Serbia and Italy. And it was repeated, widespread and (unless Sunderland supporters generally walk around with golf balls in their pockets) premeditated.

    A disgrace

They weren't golf balls but rolled up paper made to look like golf balls.
Chants against Taylor were a disgrace.

The lad sitting opposite me was in a pub in Newcastle full of Newcastle fans and he's just admitted that everyone (including him) in that pub were singing monkey noise chants every time Danny Rose got the ball - look at your own instead of thinking you're whiter than white - One of our fans called Demba Ba and he will be dealt with as he's on TV - that isn't racist chanting - it's one person (and I've reported 3 myself this season for it) - small minority pockets - every club has them including yours and ours

What does Taylor expect after his pre match comments - chants of "We all love Steven Taylor?" - I didn;t hear the chants in the stand I was in but I believe

What would your fans have chanted if Colback had said something like Taylor did about your club? Something pretty similarly bad taste as well

Jesus - that little "Pleb" was arrested and banned - the lad apologised personally (which takes balls) to Harper and that was that.

What sort of a can of worms would you open by deducting points from us?? I saw no trouble at all - bits of paper being thrown onto the pitch doesn't constitute trouble (not golf balls - as per a black and white comment above) One fan calling demba ba a racist name doesn't constitute trouble. Singing a song wishing death on Steven Taylor after he came out and slated every player that plays for us - sorry but that's par for the course in Football

Yeah expressing an opinion that you disagree with constitutes singing a song wishing someone is dead. Don't approve of the Cattermole songs.

I'm not sure it really matters if it is golf balls or rolled up bits of paper (which is what I thought to be fair). Throwing things onto the field of play needs nipped in the bud before we go backwards. I have no problem with paper airplanes, ticker tape etc even if it is annoying! But aiming objects at players, however harmless, makes them no better than the serbia fans the other night for me.

It was a minority though. I thought our fans were a credit to the club overall and I'm sure I was like most NUFC fans in beaming with pride as you could hear the lads who were there throughout, often drowning out the Sunderland fans. To be fair to Sunderland fans, their manager and players gave them very little to work with until the last 10-15mins.

I'd be curious to know what pub this was? The fantasia arms, the bollocks head, the made up and crown. Load of convenient crap.

As for Colback, I think we'd be surprised, was under the impression that like Johnson, he supports Newcastle.

The Willows in Walker mate - not made up at all no fantasy - I wasn't there but he is as black and white as it gets (born in Walker and lived there his whole life) and he openly admitted to doing it and the crowd in the pub doing it - as I said - everything is whiter than white to you guys but as soon as I put something on here which is backed up by my mate at work, I'm lying - all Newcastle fans are perfect and would never cause any trouble - pathetic

Absolutely spot on WP - Had you not scored in the 3rd minute chances are the atmosphere would've been much better but it killed our fans (and our performance did as well)!

As for the thowing stuff - it happened at SJP last year in a corner - nothing big - no massive objects and only bits of paper but still exactly the same (and I am not condoning it by any means - exactly the opposite) but it's not like it's anything that will cause harm - YET! Nip it in the bud now

As I said - believe what you want but he volunteered the information - I work in Gateshead and all bar me are black and white in my office - I'm not going to go into personal details but what reason would I have to make this up? I agree some of our fans were out of order (the Steven Taylor chants happen and I think nothing about that - but the ONE idiot with the racist remark towards Demba Ba is out of order and he should be banned - I think all SAFC fans have said the same) - the ones at the match appeared to be booing when Rose got the ball as well but this may have just been bad perception by me and the lads around me - they may have simply been booing because we had the ball - but only they will know - I will not paint my clubs fans to be whiter than white as I know of people who do this regularly - but I also know of Newcastle fans who also do the same yet you will defend them - sensible people all know that there are always a minority within every group which will not conform with the standards - apparently Newcastle (according to some) are an exception to that rule (By the way - I have never even driven through Walker so I don't even know if the pub I mentioned exists - only from my mate at work)
