Word here is that the fee was much less than the one stated, it suited the German's to say they got a big fee for their best striker and it suited Assem to look like he shelled out big for a striker. I've no idea if it's bollocks or not, but the fee was officially undisclosed.

OLM, you're seriously like a broken record. If it's not going on about Proud's grammar (usually because he beats you in arguments so you have to resort to that), then it's comparing Waggy to Prossie. Waggy was an investment. We signed him as a teenager. He still has years and years to come good (he's only 22 now for FFS). Prossie is in his mid twenties and at his peak now. If his peak isn't goods enough to get into the Hull City team, then he's really not very good. Very, very different scenarios.
