That **** Wilkins saying we were punching above our weight last season - they ****s were saying it all last season and I knew it was what they all wanted to start with again this season if we were not raping man u and chelsea again.

Sky emply too many southern pundits ! I think Redknap and Merson have realised were a better team but it wont be long before it all starts again.

I watch Fox all thee time now but for some reason today I thought I'd give Sky a chance - what did they do ? they ****ed my in the arse balls deep from start to finish.

Holy **** I'm pleased the West Brom game isn't on Sky I mean who the **** would be on there Kevin Phillips and Tony ****ing mowbray ? These people are 100% having a laugh and it doesn't take ****ing Columbo or Jessica parker to work it out.

Its simply outrageous and the line is in the ****ing sand as far as I'm concerned and the line is being continually ignored.

 

Can I be totally honest and say Phillips is a player I admire and think would make a good pundit? Quinn, great man, but he and Wilko were on the sauce today because they made up their minds in a second and started lying through their teeth about what happened to justify themselves. If you don't know anything about a fixture, don't work as a pundit on the game. I loved the MC putting it to them that it was simply mis-timed, and they were in uproar and calling him "devil's advocate"...

Tiote was a target for it, obviously, and should restrain himself in future, because berks like Atkinson will award stupid decisions like that. I hope the FA see sense and change the decision to be honest, Cheik was good for the 25 mins he was on the pitch.

Great performance. Disappointing the ref tried his best to spoil it. A blatant homer who gave us **** all. The Larsson pen was a joke. No excuse for not spotting that, there was clear movement towards the ball. I could go on and on to be fair but lets just say I don't him in charge for the return!! First signs of life from us this season, I think Bruge might get a bit of a tonking. To be honest I think we'd have won well yesterday bar the sending off. I'd heard from Mackem mates how bad Sunderland supposedly were but I have to say I was surprised how poor they are. That centre midfield of theirs has to be one of the worst in the league.

 

No way was that photo taken in Sunderland, they are too clean.

 

I think it must also be noted that the much maligned (not least by myself) Mike Williamson was outstanding yesterday. Won some monster headers, took a brilliant yellow and generally was able support for the monsterous Colo. Hands up, I didn't think he had that kind of performance in him.
