Yes the radio and the live stream I was watching called us 4-2-3-1. I had us down as that also of course.

This needs to be seen by those that didn't or forgot.

We started with 442 shape against Spurs. Completely wrong from Adkins. Should have packed the midfield with 4231 or 4411 again.

Main reason I am bumping is the 442/433 thread. If I hear someone say we're playing 433 (from the start) again at the ground or anywhere I am going to laugh in their face including Adkins. We've played 433 from the start once this season (against United).

 

Play 4 - 2 - 4 with left footed players at left back and left wing, right footed players at right back and right wing - one right footed CB and one left footed CB. One right footed CF and one left footed CF. one left footed central midfielder, one right footed centre midfielder and a GK and hey presto a balanced side.
