Not all of them it seems. WTG Leonardo. The Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci faced down an armed robber who pointed a gun at his head before chasing the assailant as he tried to get away, according to reports in the Italian media. The Italy international was with his wife and baby son at a car dealership in Turin on Thursday, looking to buy a Ferrari, when a man with his face hidden pointed a gun at his head and demanded that he give him his watch. Bonucci refused and instead punched the thief, knocking him to the ground before chasing him as he tried to get away on a scooter with his accomplice. Gazzetta dello Sport reported the man shouted: "What are you doing? Are you mad? I'll shoot you" as Bonucci pursued them in vain. Bonucci later reported the incident to the police. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/oct/20/leonardo-bonucci-punches-armed-robber?newsfeed=true
Some twat pulled a gun on me with the wife and kids I would have shoved it up his arse and pulled the trigger. Still pampered mate but in his case not soft.
It's an interesting thread, but, one problem, (sorry MR, to take it in a different direction) Guns are bad news, take's on a whole different take, to a knife... This fella was insane, and should have just handed over the watch, he can afford another one, without putting anyone in danger.
I see your point now I've thought about it., why risk your family's life over a watch. He must've had an incline the robber didnt have the balls to shoot, but full respect to him!
Could take it another way Comm. What if the gunman was a looper and took the watch and still shot him and his family for fun? If that had happened, would we have been asking why didn't Bonucci not do something. There's some very nasty people in the world.
Reminds me of the 2 idiots who broke into big Duncs home and he caught them red handed, battered them both and then called the coppers. Class.
