But that is what you were saying. It's exactly what you said in your previous post.

I'm not gonna get into an argument about whether we can win anything or not as its way to early in the season for that. Just thought id point out your ridiculous comments. As you seemed to be going on the offensive without thinking it through much :p

7 years and Wenger still hasn't learned how to play against teams employing the 9-1-0 formation

    Right, todays pro's and cons.

    Pro's
We were awful. We won't be that bad again this season, so that's one positive we can take away from this
    The fullbacks were good again
    Arteta was effective
    Gnabry was useful

    Cons
    We were awful
Defensively it was 2011 all over again
    We had no cutting edge
Ramsey should never wear an Arsenal shirt again

Looks like the honeymoon period is over and we're back to the old problem of good first team but insufficient squad. You should have spent some more money you gutless French twat.

    Forgot about him.

Santos - 5 - tried hard but we missed Gibbs.

P.S. Ramsey is a total waste of space, useless Welsh ****.

IMO Gervihno was awful but Podolski and Giroud weren't involved enough and Ramsey slowed down the midfield. The CBs had a terrible game.

I don't think we missed gibbs at all. Santos was fantastic - did you see how many times he just stuck his foot in and took the ball? He was our only attacking threat in the first half as well!

It was the players today, not Wenger.

We missed Gibbs's pace. Santos is so laboured and while his routine of sticking the foot in works sometimes, he did get beaten easily a few times.

Santos was often very far up the pitch and far more useful than the wingers! I don't think he needed amazing pace to do well today. If he was a bit quicker i dont see where that would of hlped us today. There waso nly maybe one or two crosses that came in from his side and they didnt come to anything.

Exactly. In all honestly the lineup should have won but most guys were lazy and didn't seem to be on the same page. I though AW should have made his substituions earlier.

Didn't see the game, only just got out of the water. Heard the last few minutes on a crackly radio reception. It sounded like we were a bit bereft of ideas ???

In a game like today, you must FIRST match the work rate and desire of the opposition before taking control of the game. Norwich beat us to everything and they wanted it more, that was so clear. This is why defats like today are more painful than most. You can accept them not being good enough, but what they did today was nothing short of pathetic.

Problem is we all know Ramsey and Gervinho will be back in the starting lineup for the next game
