41131, usual back line with full backs set to attack and centre backs as ball players, with schneiderlin as a deep lying playmaker (defend duty) in defensive midfield. My lone central midfielder rotates but it's usually ward prowse as an advanced playmaker (support duty). Front 3 are lallana as LAM with advanced playmaker (Attack duty) Gaston CAM as an attacking midfielder (attack duty) and Darko Lazovic as a winger at RAM (attack duty). Lambert target man (support) and Rodriguez poacher rotate up top. All short passing with gaston being the playmaker. It seems far too attacking but I'm into december a secure twelth place with a 7-2 victory over united (That i'll figure out how to upload later). Sign lazovic he's a monster, and only 21!

Just been asked if I wanted to increase the expectations that were set pre-season from "Avoid Relegation" to "Mid-Table Finish" or the like. I said no but they've given me another £22.5m anyway for January. Cheers Nicola.

If you set Reed on transfers how much control do you have? Can you still make your own and cancel his if he tries to sign ****?
You can set Reed, Cortese etc. on transfers. But then whilst they can make offers and contract deals, you have to rubber-stamp it. Unless you don't want to. My January window is over now, I'll update in a sec.
