In partial answer to your question, a bulk bag of Ballast at B&Q is £45.56 for approx 800Kg, which works out to £56.95/Tonne. If you can get 48,288 Tonnes of Ballast from the ground it works out to the £2.75Million the PST have offered Chainrai. Don't tell him though - let's not put ideas in his head
