Scotland should get EU membership but if it started taking the piss in separation talks there's no reason why what's left of the UK couldn't just block it out of spite. Other Member States worried about breakaway parts of their own countries might also say no.
I was listening to the Radio this morning and that boot Sturgeon came out with the same statistic you've obviously read or heard. Scotland pays 6.5% of Britain's Tax but only recieves 6.3% of Britain's spending. Thing is, 6.3% of Britain's spending is a greater sum of money than 6.5% of Britain's tax.
I believe we do, anyway, it's irrelevant. Scotland is ****e as part of the UK, shurely independence can't be any worse.
We'll shut off the water, then the oil, then send our disillusioned benefit scroungers down to deep fry your young.
We'll stop buying your shortbread and Dundee cake. telt On a serious note; I am deeply opposed to Scottish independence.
Move up here then. I bet you last 3 weeks before the weather breaks you and you <SPEED> all the way home.
