You're still talking balls Ben. You're still clinging onto that 16-22 thing even though it was Duffen that introduced it and you're using existing prices from last year to justify this year's hikes. You must be the only football fan who enjoys the ridiculous prices that come with it, though I imagine it's just because it suits your obsessive pro-Allam agenda.

You'd defend them no matter what they do.

Kempton Road as OLM says is the first street behind the East Stand at BP just the other side of the railway line - the 'station' at BP was Boothferry Halt.

As I said yesterday, our ticket prices are not excessive in relation to other championship clubs. Ticket price rises are inevitable over the course of a few years

Ticket prices in general are too expensive and attendances at most clubs are down

I can't see much changing until players wages are capped at a reasonable level

Paying players in the Championship 20+ grand a week is a joke

Completely agree, something has to be done in relation to players wages

Some fans had well over a 100% rise. That isn't £3.

Stop going on about bloody facts and substantiation when you're ignoring the important ones.

The disabled ones. I can't remember the exact figure but it was nearer to 200%.

As regards your statement about the Allams hitting the disabled, City's conditions for disabled supporters are now exactly the same as they have always been for the rugby clubs. I can't remember anyone, especially the HDM and Radio Rugby slating the rugby clubs with Burns encouraging people to ring in and moan about them over the past few seasons as he did with City when the change was brought in.
As far as over 60s go, the retirement age is 65 so why a discount for someone of 61-64 who could well be earning more than a fan in their 20 s with a young family and higher mortgage?

The point is, they said it would go up by 'up to 10-15%' or something to that effect, when in fact that was nearer the minimum increase and some fans had to pay more than double what they were paying before. If you agree with that fine, but the fact they said something which directly contradicts that only a month or so before isn't on and it smacks of them making it up as they go along, as it often does.

    <laugh>

They're paying more when nothing has changed.

    A **** load more.

I'd love to know why you think it is that we've lost 5,000 fans...

I meant that however you flower it up, it's a price increase with no difference in product or the circumstances of the customer. It's not like they've suddenly grown out of a youth discount or something. They've been charged more than double what they were before for the same thing. Doesn't matter to them what kind of ticket the club class it as, the fact is it's still just a match ticket to the which now costs over twice as much, when the increase was reported as 'up to 10-15%'. Either they lied intentionally, or they don't know their arse from their elbow and change their plans from one day to the next.

I've got to agree with Ben on this one.

Although other posts have mentioned that the pricing structure throught the championship is ridiculous in this economic climate and seriously needs looking at

    Jesus wept.

They said 'up to 10-15%'. I.e. the maximum is 15%.

Some fans ended up paying between 100%-200% more. Not because they'd outgrown an age bracket or changed anything themselves, but because the club decided they should pay more. Whether you agree with that decision or not, it's completely untrue on their part, either a lie or they didn't even know themselves what they were going to do.

You going on about it being a change in pricing structure and not a rise is dressing it up to suit what you want it to be, you're fooling no one with that.

What they said it would go up by and what it went up by are completely different.

How come everyone agrees that prices throughout the championship are crap, including us, yet some people at the same time say ours aren't bad? How doers that work?

For what it's worth people on disability / mobility get more money then some one who is unemployed and more then many who are working . I agree that those on disability SHOULD. Pay for there season pass / matchday ticket .

I could have got a free pass the last 3 seasons BUT I preferred to pay like everyone else.. AND I could have still got a free pass for a carer now IF i wanted but I don't..

Ben, just re your point 'No ticket increased by more than 15%, many were cheaper. Some were discontinued. No lies were told', I'm afraid that's not true, the increase for my seat(which is exactly as it was before), is 50%.

There's no doubt that overall ticket prices have increased this season, the Allam's have already said that despite a very significant drop in ticket sales, matchday revenues have increased. If you sell 2/3,000 seats less, but take more money, then overall people are paying more than they were before, it's simple mathematics.

Ben you're talking rubbish, you only want to talk about the bits that suit you and when I give you examples of higher prices you just deny it with no explanation and start going on about me not substantiating, when my point is incredibly clear and hardly even needs further explanation. RE the disabled stuff you're just repeating a load of typical PR crap, just like an Allam.

This is going nowhere, you've made your mind up ages ago.

If going round in circles on PR bollocks is kicking my arse then yeah he's done a job on me.

Just because he's typed a lot, doesn't mean he's actually said anything.

If I said any more on his input it'd just be what I put in the last post.
