(well he can't see see) Seriously, if you can get close enough to Taser a bloke but you can't tell he's 61 and blind and carrying a white stick, then it seems to me the wrong guy had the white stick. If the guy had had a dog the copper would have probably Tasered that as well. Basically the copper just wanted to use his Taser and didn't give a **** who on. If they'd had them at Hillsborough the South Yorkshire Plod could have really had a field day.

What about the many people who reported him as brandishing a samurai sword? He obviously had a sword but hid it when the old bill arrived and pulled out a white stick to try and throw them off the scent. The copper who tasered him saved the whole of Chorley from being cut into tiny pieces by a crazed elderley samurai. FACT
