Oh I know that but FIFA can only affect what goes on inside the stadium. The best they can do is know that they are racist but stop it going on inside the stadium and only a major punishment will stop that.

The Serbs weren't that backward in WW2. Right up there with us knocking **** out of Hitler's mob... What I don't get is this.... The England players were bombarded with missiles from the off in this match. When Buttland came out for the second half he was welcomed by a barrage of missiles from the Serbian crowd behind his goal. At Loftus Road you only have to hint that an opposing player is a bit of a 'nincompoop' and you get a steward 'Hit Squad' ( or whatever the special forces of stewards is called ) come down on you like a ton of the proverbial. Why is it deemed acceptable in countries still versed in the way of the dark ages? Yet in England every single member of the crowd is scrutinised by CCTV and punished severely by even the slightest misdemeanor?
Because they probably dont have stewards and if they do, they are too scared to do anything and we have a bunch of little hitlers, especially prevalent when you go to away games. Its a shock when they react normally, I was at SMS and a student of my mate had a ticket in the home end but wanted to watch the game in the away and and the stewards let him in.
