Thank you Leonardo...i did just see that, that's very lovely of you...

thank you M Frenchie...i'm going to do my best...i almost hope, though perhaps i shouldn't wish it...that it moves quickly...to suffer for months on end would be awful..i've seen it, and i'd hate her to go through it...though, where there's life, there's hope...it's a dilemma for sure. But yes, life has a funny way of reminding us, in the cruelest of ways at times, what's important..

Thats what i meant, i often get those two things confused. They do have the right to have children yes, but imo it is madness to have 3,4,5 kids when you can barely feed your. And yes i know there are other issues in Africa, but this was the one i was focusing on. There is no simple way to solve conflicts which have been raging for generations. But imo, the simple way to help (not solve) the hunger issues is to stop increasing the numbers of mouths to feed.

I completely agree and i am open and frank that i am disgusted by the behaviour of my auntie who pleads povety yet will spend £300 on a new camera. I also believe that the benefit system encourages young peopl to have children young (18-20) just so that they can get money rather than work. I have mentioned how i would reform the system before.

I would impliment a system where benefits are paid onto a card, similar to mobile phone top up cards or gas cards, these cards would only be accepted in a limited number of shops such as Tesco, Adsa, Peacocks, Matalan and the like. Cheap shops where you dont have to spend £30 for a t-shirt. Also it would not be possible to buy alcohol or cigarettes with them, nor could you get cash with them. The idea being that they benefit money could only be spent on necessaries and not wasted.

I'm cringing with embarrassment watching the Belgium vs Scotland game. Quite how we got to half time without conceding a goal is nothing short of a mystery. Whatever his match fee is, Alan McGregor has certainly earned it tonight with a fantastic display of goalkeeping. As for the other ten.........

So the game will be played at 4pm tomorrow. Which means I for one will miss it. I think the monkey (NOT BEING RACIST) who organised (or not) this needs to resign! #FARCE

I intended to watch the England game, total farce out there, but am now watching Spain v France. A scrambled goal for Spain, a bad offside decision robbed France of a goal, a home team penalty for Spain saved by the French keeper. Half time 1-0

Neither team looks that good to be fair, but France are trying to get back on terms, while Spain are sitting back and only look dangerous on the counter attack.

Ai OFH, I've got that on the box, not too bad a game really.

BB and Al, Belgium would give most teams a run for their money, if that is any consolation.

    NI 1-0 against Portugal !

Big mouth!! Two horror minutes and it's all over McRover. I wonder if Craig Levein will still be manager when he gets off the plane in Edinburgh tonight?

Must admit the Belgians look good - reminiscent of us in the early 80's ;)
