The runner up in Londons attractions this weekend has to be the Royal Wedding where Prince William will marry Miss Catherine Middleton.

    venue: Westminster Abbey
    Time: 11am
Order of Service: lots of waving flags, some music, Catherine turns up in a big dress, some hymns, more music, speakers, wedding vows, more music, leave the abbey, wave at people
    Music: choirs and chamber orchestras
hymns:Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer’, Love Divine All Love Excelling’ and Jerusalem
Procession:The Mall, Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and Parliament Square
    Reception:Buckingham Palace

The winner in Londons attractions this weekend goes to the Npower league 1 fixture where Brentford will play Southampton

    venue: Griffin Park
    kick off: 3pm
Order of Service: waving scarfs, Brentford score, players leave field, supporters get pint and pie, saints equalise, saints score again on 85 mins, kettle blows his whistle
    Music: 1800 Saints fans
songs: Oh when the saints, when i was just a little boy and Jose Fonte baby
    Procession:ipswich, west ham, portsmouth
    Reception:NPower championship

yes saints could effictively tie the knot with the npower championship this weekend if results go their way. we might not be camping outside the ground 3 days leading up to the game, there might not be celebs, world leaders, or other royalty watching the game, it might not get a mention on daybreak or every news program, there may not be any comemerative mugs or southampton cross stitches but this weekend means more to every saints supporter than the royal wedding means to the millions watching that.

    Good luck Catherine and William

More importantly Good luck, Kelvin, Dan, Frazer, Jose, Radhi, Dean, Guly, Dale, Adam, David, Rickie, Richard, Ryan, Danny, Dan, Aaron, Jonathon, Oscar and brighton.

The world might not be watching - but we are.

    Come on you Saints

Looking forward to see if Kates dress has the red sash running diagonally down it. now that i would applaud

i heard that William had asked Nigel Adkins to be best man but changed it at the last minute after the rehearsals when the speech went on for 3 hours and 20 minutes.

If would be great if Dave Merrimgton were doing the commented on the wedding.

"well, Adam, Wills has got the commitment for life from Kate, and passed that back. I just feel that if they can keep going, this marriage is in the bag. What they mustn't do now is get reckless at the end with those steps, as the final bells are in sight. That could cost them, and they shown a tendancy to pick up loads of cards during this match...."

As long as they make it into the building and keep chipping away, they might make it last, simple.

They will have to be a bit patient as they are back in numbers..... all you need is to get round the back...... then it just needs the one decent pass and for it to connect and bingo you are one up!!

I wonder if the Queen will be at Griffin Park as well as Westminster Abbey? I know Elton John likes his football so he may make a weekend of it.

That dress definitely needed a red sash to complete the ensemble.

I've just come across one the best tweets of all time:

"100 strong guard of honour. I bet Poyet has a b***r just thinking about it".

    Talking of which: Pippa...

Not technically available (she dates a former cricketer). But that is just a tecnicality - certainly Harry doesn't appear to be taking it into consideration!
