They must be focusing solely on next years car, there are clearly too many problems with this one.

I know people wont admit it, but the majority of the Lewis fans want Alonso to win now as they really cant stand Sebs guts now. That's what it looks like across the web in my opinion anyway!

    Bitter, bitter, BITTER!

“I still think Fernando is the best driver. The cleanest, the most sensitive, the most complete,” said Hamilton.

“He is always taking points despite not having the fastest car, while Vettel has always had a great car these past years,” he added.

But the Briton admitted: “With his (Red Bull) car, he is going to be hard to beat, even for Fernando.”

Finally, after years of acrimony from Spanish supporters, the interviewer told Hamilton that Spain now “respects” the 27-year-old.

“Really?” Hamilton responded. “Are you serious? You don’t know how happy that makes me.”

    I wonder why Lewis? <doh>

Hence why I put in "majority" and not (all of them) bit of a difference...

I am a little sad for Massa today, he has finally found his form, but again when he gets there.. he is a hoe for Alonso. They just don't care about the WCC do they.

    3rd + 4th is the same as 3rd + 4th in terms of WCC

Could be a number of factors really.
    - Car suited Alonso more maybe?
    - Still recovering psychologically from the impact in 2009?

I don't want to stir anything, but yeah there is a sense of relief for more F1 fans that Massa has some speed again.

If Massa isn't over something psychologically from 3 years ago, that's his own problem, 3 years is more than enough to get over it.

No it is not, he didn't purposely want to take a flying 100mph inch thick spring to the head did he?
There might be something that he cannot control, but slowly that limiting factor maybe fortunately disappearing.

With Massa, I think it's like Cosi has stated on another thread, it's all confidence. You could argue that he was lucky to get his podium last weekend, Button's strategy was screwed, Alonso and Webber removed early on, etc, but nobody at Ferrari will be telling him that. He will be allowed to believe it was because he's finally got his mojo back, and is the driver that he has always been capable of being. He'll have taken that confidence into this weekend, and it shows as he matched Alonso right through the weekend, but this time he really earned the results he had.

I agree. They say when a boxer gets knocked out his career is over because he has lost the confidence and feers it again. The same maybe true her with massa

I don't have a problem with Vettel winning but today was a farce at the front, after the first round of stops Red Bull and Ferrari just controlled the race from the pitwall

But fairplay to Vettel, he is ruthless when he gets at the front of the pack and almost always delivers
