Easy SR. Chico's PM'd me to say he's going to try to get that apology out of Jimmy Gaff.

Also, for those interested. The Dilli Gaff case was picked up by the SuperMod. I hadn't noticed that before today. So I responded earlier by asking the mods the ethical question: under what circumstances is it acceptable for a mod to encourage wumming on other boards? We await either Dilligaf's apology or the mods' responses. I'll keep you informed.

 

It would've been easier for either me or you to challenge such numpty regionalistic comments had your mod not dived off the moral high ground as shown in the OP.

If we get Dilligaf's apology, I wouldn't hesitate to apologise for our shortcomings on such things.

UPDATE.

Been reprimanded by the site for posting a thread protesting the mod's actions on the Swansea board the other day. Openly offered my genuine apologies. Silly (reactionary) thing to do. Should've PM'd the mod in question first.

Now I've demonstrated that we can all make mistakes and apologise for them, I'm hoping Dilligaf is able to bring himself to do likewise. If he does, I'll be pleased to let you know that normal non-football respects between our boards have been resumed.

 

Brix, im not partial to all the ins and outs of this 'saga' if you like, but it seems thus far that Dilligaf has received no warning/reprimand for his actions, yet you have?

Tbh, never been told I couldn't post an informative and not wholly disrespectful thread on other boards. We've certainly had our share of that on here... at no cost to anyone.

Anyway, I've eaten humble pie without spitting anything back out. I'm just hoping we get our dues too - especially since that's what our posters have clearly expected me to sort out in this case.
