I doubt Burnley will be very happy, considering they were making statements like this yesterday... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19895260 He must be homesick.
Maybe he thought he had unfinished business. Something rings a bell with that, but can't quite put my finger on it
The bookies have Coyle as favourite in the early betting... Coyle 4/1 McCarthy 5/1 K. Robinson 5/1 McLeish 6/1
Think its pretty much guaranteed Coyle will go back to Burnley now, Howe did well at Burnley i thought personally
Assuming you were serious and the post wasn't tongue in cheek, that is the sort of arrogant rubbish that makes our fans sound like deluded idiots. Leicester, in a similar sized city, have through their history got larger crowds, have spent a long time in the top flight compared to ourselves, and have been in FA Cup Finals, League Cup Finals and played in European competitions, none of which we have.
Some of you may not know this but Howe lost his mother a couple of months ago and I believe that his familyall live down in Bournemouth. His wife was not happy living in Lancs and wanted to go back to the South Coast, thats why it has happened. Just as a side issue, Lee Bradbury, who he will succeed as manager has just be appointed manager of Havant and Waterlooville.
I was going to add a very similar post. Eddie Howe is well thought of at Bournemouth. This is a club that if it gets into the Championship it will be heavily supported. I don't think that there is any other club that has such a wealthy catchment area. This has always been its appeal to investors, but oddly it has torn itself apart just like Portsmouth and equally oddly one name keeps on coming up. If Bournemouth made it up, they would not face the problem that Hull has in getting players to move either.
I don't think assumptions are your strong point, that's quite possibly the most obvious Leicester wind up I've ever seen.
Coyle's dropped to fourth with the bookies, the new favourite is Michael Appleton. Sherwood tops the list for Blackburn and McCarthy for Bolton. Mind you, the bookies still have Fryatt as favourite to be our top scorer, despite not having played a single game yet.
Maybe the bookies have inside info on the type of injections that Fryatt is now getting. Specialist approved apparantly.
