    I'll put my life savings on the gutter press making a story out of the 'captain' comment by the end of this week. Mark my words. <doh>

    Having said that, nice interview. Feel sorry for Arteta not being in the Spanish squad. Any other national team, he'd walk into, but such is the quality of the Spanish National team is that he hasn't even got a chance. Even Juan Mata can't get in.

    Yeah, he sounded properly gutted when talking about. I know they have so many class midfielders but still even the likes of Javi Garcia and Borja Valero have got caps for Spain in recent times. Problem for Arteta is that he has not play in Spain for such long time and I think that goes against him.
