As great as that would be, I think if we go for Hall it'll be because we don't have the money for Boyd. Although I'd definitely take them both, Hall would give us options out wide and Boyd can play wide left (and if Varney's going to continue to be ****, we need someone there) and behind the striker as well. Good attacking options at any rate

I'd personally have just deleted the offending posts and restored the rest of the thread. But the debate is being continued here in robust spirit, so no harm done really. I suspect much of the hatred directed towards Mr Hall is due to racial bigotry, which is a shame in this day and age, but so be it.

Diouf not done anything in last 8 years other than make a mistake regarding a player he thought was making a big deal out of nowt. I know nothing about Hall. From this website, he sounds like Bowyer. He's not old enough to be classed as class yet. If he does good stuff on the pitch and happens to be that good that I can disregard any little misdemeanours that a pampered and (usually) not very intelligent footballer gets up to in his spare time, then so be it. I see worse stuff in Harrogate or Leeds (or Inverness and St Andrews campus) on a Saturday night every week The world is about diversity and difference, and no-one on here has the monopoly on morality and judgment

Oh dear. I can understand Simon with the Hall and Diouf opinion, can also understand why Elland removed the thread. But from my point of view, what matters is what happens on the pitch and so far Diouf has proved to be a hit and if Hall has done bad things in the past I'll be willing to accept him if he comes to Elland Road and becomes a big hit. People say what about our childs idols? I can understand why it may be a bad idea at times to have players like them, but the majority of teams have tw@s in there team now. But what matters is what happens on the pitch.
Why did I go to cinema!!!! The entertainment here is far better Hall is worse than Diouf but tbh I'd support either of them while they are on the pitch, hall has served his time n Diouf only did unsportsmanlike things not seen any facts regarding his supposed wifebeating incident.
