This is a serious question. Is the F.A an inaddaquate organisation to run the game as it needs to be? Or is it worse than that, could it actually be that they are a corrupt organisation? Just as Fifa have their own interests at heart when making major decisions like hosting a World Cup in Qatar during the summer. ( profit over common sense) does the F.A take the same stance when making crucial footballing decisions. Also how is it possible for the chief executive of Manchester United to sit on the board of the F.A without some imbalance of favouritism toward Man United.
of course there is a conflict of interests, hence partly why the John Terry hearing took place after the World cup. With regards to Man U, though that is normal. We had David Dein doing the same role for many years.
Any coincidence that success goes along with the power you hold on the FA board!? Will there be an upturn now Gazidis has been asked to play a bigger role?
When Dein was on the FA we were winning things. After he went we stopped winning things. It is well known he was influencial and come to think of it, maybe the refs bias against us is their way at getting back at the amount of power he wielded.
Hopefully Ivan can misuse his new position in the best interests of the club. It would be the first time he'd put the club before himslef, but stranger things have happened.
