And another death threat received... "Alright **** still talking ****, love to know where you live so I could stab you to death." It seems that I am not a favourite amongst United fans on this board!
But it wasn't a debate, that "dishonest behavior" from our own players has been done to death in previous threads when they happened, this was a light hearted thread jokingly poking fun at that comical attempt at a dive that actually happened this during this weeks games, there really is no need for you to try and justify it here by dragging up all of those past incidents that have already been talked about many, many times before.
You THINK you know a lot more than you actually do. We had a half decent thread going about formations etc and how we'd deploy them earlier in the week. Admittedly not enough joined in and it petered out but, significantly, you were nowhere to be seen. Where was your rapier insight then? Last nights effort was lame as **** by the way, try harder.
So you want to poke fun at Suarez and ignore the fact that what you are actually poking fun at is prevalent at your own club? Fair enough, but that's an extremely hypocritical viewpoint imo. Next time there is a controversial incident in a United game that benefits your club, and a comment is made about a possible bias towards United, I guess you will refrain from commenting and offering anything in reply. Because the comment would be referring to one specific incident in isolation and anything else that is associated with said incident, i.e. Fergie time etc, has been 'done to death' and talked about many many times before and therefore there is no debate to be had!
Maybe Huth felt he had to kick Suarez to ensure that Suarez didn't become lost from the dive within the dive? Maybe next time Suarez can go 3 dives deep a stronger kick might be required to wake him though.
Whilst I hope your comment is tongue in cheek, one of the most disturbing aspects of the whole fallout from the game is that Huth's stamp does seem to be considered a comical non-event due to Suarez' later dive. And in some cases it is even seen as it is somehow Suarez' fault due to his reputation, and thus deserved! That is fucked up when you actually think about it!
You are right bbt it's the way of the world, stamp on a cheating prick and no one will care but stamp on someone who plays to the rules and fury will follow. Horrible from Huth and he deserves a ban but can you be surprised that Suarez doesn't get any sympathy?
Do you have to work hard to be such a dick or does it just come naturally? Nobody here has ignored the fact that it happens at United, quite the opposite actually, most people have said they hate to see our own players going to ground easily (we were saying the same when it was Ronaldo doing it), its embarrassing, quite a few actually wanted Young to be dropped after his nose dives and I was one of them, but this is obviously not a thread created to engage in a serious discussion, it was simply to poke fun at how bad that dive was, rarely do we see one THAT bad so it's worthy of a bit of ridicule, does that mean I condone diving? Does it ****, I hate the diving in our game at the moment, I hate the way FIFA constantly want to change their rules to "protect" the flair players giving them more incentive to go to ground, but like I have said twice before this is not a thread about diving in general, it's a thread mocking that one dive, one that happened this week, not last week, last month or last season but during this weeks games, is that really so hard to understand or are you deliberately trying (and succeeding) to be a moron?
So a stamp on Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck and Young would be okay with you? That's a bizarre point of view! I am not surprised Suarez gets no sympathy by the way, he doesn't help himself in that regard! But diving hurts nobody physically whereas stamping your studs into a player's chest can do, so I find it surprising that this attitude exists. I imagine that the next time Welbeck dives then subsequently has his leg broken by Huth you would have no sympathy for Danny?
You are forgetting that Suarez reputation isn't just for being a diver it's for other horrible things as well. I will never condone the stamping of any footballer btw I just understand that Suarez is never going to get much sympathy.
So it is fair game to mock and poke fun at the next United dive, and treat it in isolation with no threat of any comeback from United fans? You okay with that? I understand that the Suarez dive was worthy of ridicule, but by treating it in isolation and not accepting opposing views and comment is hypocritical, can you see that? And considering the fact that the thread is available to be commented upon on a forum that allows for comment by other fans then it is to be expected, yet you seem surprised by this and for some reason feel, that it is unwarranted!
I was one of the ones mocking Young's dives so yes, that's fine, to be honest we have to listen to ridicule and conspiracy theories about any penalties United are correctly awarded so blatant dives deserve to be mocked, especially ones as as bad as that Suarez one (or Carroll's before that), dives like that are memorable, just like Rivaldo's face holding incident.
