You know what screw this im going to camp on the liverpool board.

Every thread about Suarez I'll be sure to drag up his biting/racism.

Every thread about Gerrard i'll be sure to let everyone know how he's a thug who like to beat up DJ's and has never had 1/5th of the talent of Scholes.

Every thread about United/FA/Media bias i'll be sure to make some equally ******ed claims.

In fact i think i'll just act like a twat in every thread just so you can see what its like.

Mind you, your mods probably have some balls and would ban me pretty quick. Shame the United mods are so spineless. I guess a dead board is much easier to moderate.

Well I tried to go onto the Liverpool board but the first thread I read was another new thread with "proof" of a pro united conspiracy among refs.

They then proceeded to have a nice circle jerk while agreeing with each other and posting more "evidence".

Im starting to think its not just Liverpool fans on the united board are bitter, obsessed, bellends, the whole lot of them are.

Let's just all agree that Suarez' dive was pathetic, and yes it should be poked fun at. However, he is not the only player who does it and the unfortunate thing at the moment is that his reputation is being considered by refs when deciding whether or not a pen should be awarded. This is poor refereeing and imo is a bigger issue than the actual diving itself and as someone else has pointed out it affected Ronaldo to the same extent!

The refs should see the incident in isolation and if it is clear then a pen should be given, if it is not then it shouldn't be given, that is basic refereeing. What is happening at the moment is that refs are being swayed by managers comments and media reports which have nothing to do with the actual game or incident at hand, which is wrong!

Would United fans be happy that their players were not getting clear pens because the referee read the paper in the morning and saw a quote from a manager saying United players went down easily? Or would they rather just have the ref decide on the spot using only the incident at hand as the evidence for a pen or not? Suarez doesn't help himself, but the issue is rather disturbing when you think that refs are actually not refereeing the game properly and are actually adding a pre-determined bias to their decisions.

As for FIFA getting involved, it's not as if this wasn't going on last year with Young and Bale and previously with Ronaldo amongst others, where was their statement then? It is time for retrospective action and hopefully then all divers will get brought to task, and Fergie will have to stop telling his players to go down in the box (if he still does that). <ok>

Shows Really how ******ed these turds are! They will convince themselves of anything however moronic it is. No wonder the scousers will be in the sh*t for a large numberofyears. Instead of focusing on their own rivals like WBA fulham QPR Southampton they're looking up at teams that they are not even competing with. <doh>

Expect now that ******ed c*nt BBTurd to jump in here to defend them <whistle>

You should join in the debate and counter the claims with your own views and any possible evidence you have. That is what this place is actually intended for. <ok>

I'm not going to defend them, but instead of just coming on here and having a bitch about it why don't you join the debate? You slag them off for talking about teams they aren't competing with, but aren't you doing exactly the same thing on a daily basis whenever you talk about Liverpool? <ok>

When anyone post something that doesnt fall into line with the views of most, not all, on the Liverpool board there is mass hysteria.

BBT knows **** all about football, the other day he couldnt quite grasp why City and United fans poked fun at each other. Need I say more?

I actually know quite a lot about football, it is a shame that it doesn't get discussed much on this board! What do you want to talk about, create an article and I will respond to it, you choose the subject and make it football related! <ok>

I comment on articles such as these yes. I do it in order to offer a different viewpoint and provide a possible balance to the thread! ;)

This article is a perfect example, and for some reason you don't like my alternative views as they go against your own...I am okay with that, I will quite happily engage with you on the points I have raised regarding the general subject of diving and referee bias and the possible changes that are required. Yet you would rather call me a cunt and slag off your own mods! <ok>

Lucaaas this thread was purposely set up to laugh at Suarez`s dive not debate it in any way, laugh.
BBT thinks it should be debated, that just adds to our amusement.
After your MANAGER, CAPTAIN and numerous players on your team, going on record this week, that Suarez is NOT a diver and he does this.
    Comedy gold.
The fact that Man Utd and Arsenal have more wins at Anfield this season than Liverpool, pales into significance at the moment, we still have that to beat you with.
At the moment LAL and Suarez dive, well funny.

The bigger issue is a perfect debating topic. It's okay just laughing at Suarez but that only opens yourself up to examples of equally dishonest behaviour from your own players. When that happened here you lot just ignored it and said it was 'not up for debate'!

That is a poor attitude to have on a debating forum and suggests that you cannot debate the bigger issue, because by doing so it would highlight the fact that Suarez' behaviour is something that has happened at United numerous times and thus laughing at Suarez is a bit of a contradictory thing to do!

The problem with diving is ruining the game imo, unless all divers are stopped from doing it by retrospective action being taken then we are going to have refereeing bias in games and we are going to get results that are unfair, is this not worthy of debate? Or should it be ignored because United are guilty of this cheating as much as everyone else. <ok>

No United player has ever done a dive within a dive.

So there is no possible way to compare.

Gerrard has a beauty of a dive v A. Madrid though, we could debate which of the 2 ( Gerrard v Suarez ) was the best dive. Best probably isnt the right word tbh

We can all post clips of dives from players of United and Liverpool. I am not sure this achieves anything to be honest as we all know that both clubs have players who dive!

However, as I have said earlier in this thread, the most blatant dives are examples of a player being not too clever at diving, whereas the ones that actually con the referee are examples of players who are good at cheating! Suarez falls into the former category, i.e. he is crap at diving!

Is it something to be proud of that your players are clearly better at diving and cheating the referee than Suarez?
