After the success of the week just gone, and with these three games looming, what do we dare hope for? Anything there to worry us, perhaps Forest at theirs, but nine points out of the question?

Forrest seem to be getting things together slowly and won't be easy. I can see us winning if we go for our attaching formation (offensive perhaps Sparkey -:emoticon-0105-wink:).

Watford blow hot and cold so a draw at worst.

Burnley have disappointed me since their one season in the premier league. I thought with their frugal approach they'd have become a yo-yo club and seem to have started poorly this year so see us winning that.

All 3 could be won, I fancy we'll get 7 points though.

I'll be happy with 7 also (I said that for the last 3 games!!!) but 6 wouldn't be a disaster. It will be tough at Forest, Watford are blowing hot and cold but seem to get a man sent off nearly every game and Burnley are dangerous with a good scoring record. As usual, nothing easy in this division.

Forest always tough away. Watford should be beatable at home and Burnley are shod at the back despite all of Austin goalscoring prowess.

A point at Forest would not be a disaster but playing the way we did at Ipswich (1st half) would be as Forest are capable of punishing us in a big way. Watford and Burnley are games we must win as I do not see them a promotion contenders.

We need to take all the points from there 3 games and with luck everyone will be fit and available after a 2 week break. We should have too much for Forest and I think we are too strong at home, and on too much of a roll for the two next visiting teams. It's the next one away that might be a problem if Coyle's departure give Bolton a drive on.
On paper we should win the next 5 home but will it happen?

Xsnaggle, just think about that last sentence...would have been impossible to even consider back in the day,
It's all about how far we've come, and I mean we...personally I"ve been to hell and Scunthorpe!

I would take 6 points from 9 right now, bit to much to expect to win them all, but who knows.

Too much to expect to win them all??????
Those who expect to fail usually do!!
Think positive. Red is right, a while ago you couldn't have mentioned winning 5 t home in a row without laughing, let alone 10, but we can now.

Snaggle, but we must be ralistic as well, if Malky picks the 4-5-1 against Forest I see us losing the game :(

XSNAGGLE, I am being positive, i think 6 out of 9 is reasonable, if we get all 9 then fantastic, but neither should we look at this campaign through Rose tinted glasses, we will lose a few along the way, but as long as we dont draw a bucket full (like last season) we have a sporter at getting the promotion we all crave. As for failure, no i do not expect us to fail this year, even if i do disagree with some of MM tactics, as for being a failure myself, that is not true either, and for your information i employ a few people from the City and as a collective bunch we are doing rather well thank you very much. But ultimately us Valleyboys always will and always have been the entrepreneurs of South Wales. Book Early.

    Taff. why do we?
I've spent the whole of my life being totally unrealistic and over confident and it hasn't done me any harm, it's lovely here in Sean world and the nice men in white coats let my out once a weeek and every forth home game. :)

Hmm, ok, I'm a realist but on occasion I do let my heart rule my head, especially during recent cup runs. So I amend my comment to read, "I'm a realist so" different personalities have different views and that's the life blood of debate.
