Players rolling around? Oh I see what you mean now! You're on about that fat arsed cheating bastard Taylor. Right. I'm with you now. .
And only a blinkered craa could really believe this statement. Ask Everton fans what they think about him and their ball boys for instance? Or the vast majority of England fans who witnessed his one man filthy dirty performance in the Euros? He can dish it out but moans like a cheap $10 Bangkok whore when he is fouled, much like the barcodes themsleves when discussing the likes of Cattermole but then refusing to look at the dirty bastards within their ranks such as custard cock Tiote and Cabaye?
Tiote isn't really dirty like, Cabaye is though. I still agree in part with the other Newcastle fans in that I could never see Cabaye breaking someone's leg in the way that I could see Cattermole doing it, but he is a dirty **** make no mistake. Not that it matters anyway, who actually gives a **** whether or not their players are dirty, it's part of the game.
Ryan Taylor is a fine upstanding citizen with a wicked free kick. Oh you mean Steven. Well wor Stevie just likes to have a laugh and keep the humour in football. Its a serious business but there is always time for a bit of making on like you've been shot.
Again you seem to be missing the point we have accepted that Tiote and Cabaye are slightly unscrupulous. Its just the comparison with Captain of Violence Cattermole that is wide of the mark. And I'm sure Everton fans do think Cabaye is a bit of a twat (a bit like that ballboy). However that has no real relevance to whether he is a dirty player of Cattermoles ilk. As for the majority of England fans, give over. I'm an England fan and Cabaye and Benni were the enemy for a month. This dirty performance you speak never even took place. I think your red and white specs were probably obscuring your view.
This is the difference - I could see Tiote intentionally hurting someone but, as I've watched Cattermole playover 50 games for us, I can't see him doing this - if you can find an example of when Cattermole got sent off (whilst at Sunderland) for a potentially leg breaking challenge (not a clumsy or slightly mis-timed) then I'll be amazed
"Clumsy and slightly mistimed" are very subjective terms though are they not? The main one I think of is the hack on Tiote 30 seconds into the derby. I don't think that falls into either of those categories, whereas you probably would. It's just down to perception. I'm not one for criticising Cattermole for what it's worth, I'm not even against going through someone and picking up the yellow card just to let them know you're onto them and scare them ****less, but then I'm old fashiooned like that. Simply in my opinion, Cattermole makes more dangerous tackles whereas Cabaye and to a lesser extent Tiote make very naughty ones that will never actually cause someone damage.
Not sent off (though he should have been) but Luka Modric can count himself pretty lucky to have his leg intact. No need to be catching him that far up his leg and I'm sure you can see the tackle was neither mis timed or clumsy. Modric seemed pretty convinced he went to hurt him and it smelled badly of trying to ruffle the playmaker. As for "you could see" Tiote intentionally hurting someone, I'm struggling to think of a time when he has tried to do this so I'm not sure why you could see this bar the obvious.
Was the tackle on Modric the one where his foot rolled over from having made contact with the ball? How dare Catts get the ball. Its just so damn horrible. Think of the children won't somebody think of the children.
IIRC, one foot got the ball while the other whacked Modric just beneath the knee. You're just being childish now and that is frankly poor form and not doing much good if you want to persuade people that your player is not in fact a thug.
So going over the top of the ball is okay now? He may have glanced the ball, he didn't glance Modrics leg. Happy to clear that up for you.
****ing hell mate, 3 weeks you've been prattling on about Catts. We get it you don't like him, whoopie ****ing do. Move on man!
Er I think you'll find its your lot prattling on Mush. i.e. anyone watching the mags, Cattermole would have went for that etc etc. I actually don't mind him to be honest, he just needs to clean up his act. I'll comment on whichever thread I choose thanks Mush, adn respond to the points the Mackems raise. If you don't like it, probably don't read the thread. The expected subject matter for this one is pretty obvious from the opening post so you don't have any excuses really. If its winding you up now, imagine what you'll be like in 11 days time when the mud slinging from both sides really starts.
It's not that mate, it's the fact that now we have a continuous circle of the same post 'not a thug. 'Modric tackle' 'not a thug' 'Modric tackle'. Bloody hell fire!
Just liek this article, another "how do the mags get away with that" "we don't" "how do they get away with that" "we dont". Tiresome but hardly going to stop until this perception that referee's are cheating for us and our players can do what they want is dropped or at least no new threads are made about it after every weekend.
This may be because we have the continuous circle of Cabaye and Tiote being compared to Cattermole and claims that he has never thrown in a horrific tackle with intent in a Sunderland shirt. Ask the same question or state the same statement over and over, you usually get the same answer I find. And don't take the name of the dark lords home in vain thanks.
Warm Pouch is at it again. Quote "Tiote and Cabaye are slightly unscrupulous" Note the SLIGHTLY. Skunks players only foul people slightly
