Surprised Coquelin is involved. Does he not have games with the French Under 21 squad?

Arsenal Under-21s v Reading: Shea, Sagna, Hajrovic, Miquel, Santos, Eisfeld, Coquelin, Wilshere, Frimpong, Gnabry, Akpom.

That's the team. Would love to be able to watch this game, loads of good players involved.

Wilshere came off after 70 minutes. According to those who watched the game, he did well but is obviously still lacking match fitness.

Sounds like Gnabry (as usual) ran the show. Good to see Wilshere lasting 70 minutes again, at this rate he could be back for the ManUre game.

Problem is next reserve game is 2 weeks away. Wilshere needs games so hopefully they can organise something before that next reserve game.

It wouldn't be a problem for Arsenal to be able to set something up if they wanted to.

How the **** does Sagna qualify for U21?

I would imagine that Arsenal will organise a couple of closed doors friendlies. Or games between U21's and reserves.

Didn't know that rule applied domestically as well.

    Thanks.

It'll be great, not only for Jack, but for the others who are on their way back. I wouldn't play Arteta, even though he's not on international duty - give that guy a rest, but Santos, Sagna, Frimpong & Wilshere should all feature, and Coquelin, Chamakh & Djourou if they're not away either, which I realise makes 5 over-21's, so couldn't happen in an Under21 game, but if it's a friendly that would be fine :)
