Everyone knows my opinions of Diouf so I won't re-type everything on that

Lees and Pearce I think as a partnership are upper championship standard and are going to improve as both are reasonably young, it seems like the thing to do in recent years is pair a younger CB with a more experienced CB but we do not have the experienced CB in there and I think thats where the issue lies at the moment. They will improve, they both have the potential to play in the prem but its hard to say whether they will live up to that potential. If we were to get promoted, we would need to replace at least one of them imo with a CB who has played in the prem before.
