Alright there Swans Just a quick question about away fans visiting your ground. We (Chelsea) play you on the 3rd November. Tickets come on sale for us on Wednesday. I see we've been given 2076 tickets which will sell out very quickly (especially as last season they were gone in 20 mins and that was for a midweek game!). Is that the full allocation? Also, coming from London is it best to travel by car or take the train and if the train how far away is the ground from the train station? I'm really looking forward to this trip. It will be a new away ground for me and I've been told that it's a must to visit as it's a wonderful stadium and the atmosphere generated by you lot at home is brilliant. It should be a great game and I can't wait!
I think that is the full allocation, not sure but it sounds about right. Train station isn't too far away from the ground, it's walkable but a taxi would be the best optin and wouldn't be too expensive. There are a couple of decent pubs right by the stadium that are very welcoming to away fans. Have a good trip, I just hope you don't go back too happy
Train station is a 5 to 10 minute taxi or bus ride. 10 minutes from m4, very easy to do so by car. So, car for me. That is the full allocation sorry. Enjoy your trip and look forwards to seeing you all.
Alright cheers.... I'm really undecided whether to go by train or by car... By train is handy because if you win then you have a great time with all the other lad on the journey back and if you lose you can drown your sorrows! cheers for the heads up on away pubs near the ground. I think it will be a good game. With the way we are playing at the moment it will be an entertaining game and 3 points would be much appreciated
Alright cheers for the advice... Yeh well it's not a huge allocation but then again your stadium isn't massive. We'll sell out for sure. Tickets go on sale at 7am on Wednesday so will have to be on the site at 6.30am to be at the front of the 'online queue' to get tickets... Should be a good trip
Come by train. Plenty of buses back to station and plenty of pubs to come and have a little banter in. Were a great bunch and theres never much trouble.
Twin town is a must see mate. Buy it from hmv for three quid and watch it before you visit, it will have you in stitches.
When you cross the bridge ignore the championship football sign, just follow the premier league footaball 70 miles sign and you will find us easily

Chelsea fans were great last season and you can walk anywhere and drink anywhere and you will be welcome. I love chatting to away fans before the match while having a few pints....there are only a couple of clubs we wont tolerate or get on with and luckily they are not in the premiership.....Many fans make a week-end of it and they go home not disappointed so we jacks will give the chelsea fans a warm welcome where the banter will be confined to the stadium ps..you have to watch twin town
