Its crap. especially as we are on such a great run. Its good that players like vardy and konch get the rest they deserve though, plus with ledge being injured he has time to recover but otherwise its a boring weekend ahead.

I've given up on England, same old same old with good players overlooked just because they don't play for the trendy teams whilst the usual ****e play yet again!

England games have been failing to excite me of late but it will at least give some of our lads a rest if they need it (although I'd like my working week to be 90 mins)
It's a World Cup qualifier yes AKCJ.

Glad it's not just me. I don't mind supporting an England team that always fails, but I don't have time for failures that are a bunch of tossers that don't give a **** because they want to keep themselves fit for their clubs, which pay them an ungodly amount of money.

I personally still like watching England but since the world cup I've lost about 30% interest in them,(not sure how I got that figure) Im glad to see some of the new lot come in the oxc and cleverley but I think some of the **** still needs to be cleared like terry and cole.

International have actually come at a good time for us

    De Laet's got a knock
    Konchesky has a virus
    Vardy is knackered
    St. Ledger is injured

Plus it allows Whitbread more time before we put him into the team

We was struggling for a couple of mins then 5 mins later St. Ledger does his hamstring

So Moore was left with little choice other then to soldier on

Sean St. Ledger is out of ROI squad due to his hamstring injury

Kasper Schmeichel has pulled out of Denmarks squad as he is set to become a Dad

So just Andy King and Anthony Knockaert are on international duty

Timing is not great for clubs like us who have recently hit form ... that said, for those of our players taking part in international matches it should help raise profile, confidence etc

In terms of the England team this is very much a transition stage and I just wish Hodgson would be more experimental e.g San Marino's star player plays in the third tier of Italian football - we should therefore be blooding the likes of Bertrand and Shelvey etc and experimenting beyond our usual predictable selves ...

    I'd start with

    Hart
    Baines
    Lescott
    Jagielka
    Walker
    Gerrard (Capt)
    Shelvey
    Johnson (left)
    Oxlaide-Chamberlain (right)
Walcott (twin spearhead with ... )
    Defoe

With Rooney, Bertarnd, Cleverley and Shawcross to come on at half time ....other subs made depending on knocks, tactics (hopefully not needed) etc

Liking the look of that team Filberto, although I'd probably replace Shelvey with Cleverley :)
