I've always felt the opposite in Sheffield, always got more abuse from United fans than Weds fans, but yesterday after the match definitely felt different to other games at Hillsborough that i've been to, also last night me and 3 mates were turned away from West St Live as the bouncer said they weren't letting in groups of lads as there'd been trouble after the football, never had that before!
Half time on the concourse.
Same thing happened to me, I ended up in Corp instead. First time I'd been to Hillsborough, the journey down there was pleasant enough, spoke to some Wednesday fans who all seemed like decent enough blokes. The tram on the way back was way too full to be comfortable though.
I didn't watch it, but you can tell from the still that it's going to be embarrassing. SYP are always doing this kind of thing though...
Dont want to see it really but it did make me laugh when the young bloke in the Tiger suit appears in shot right near the end.
Given what has been revealed recently, SYP's presence at games is going to be provocative. Some comment from them to explain how they plan to review their systems and methods would be a minimum in my opinion. Failing that, get another force in for football. It'd be interesting to see how many Officers they felt they'd need if they were paying the money to another force rather than milking football.
Wow !!I had to stop half way through its to bad absolute embarrassment . What a total lack of class and respect for what has happened in that very place . DICKHEADS
What a bunch of ****s, shocked to see many of the faces of that huge group of young lads down in the bottom corner. This bunch of spastics deserve to be lined up and shot, ****ing pathetic. Hope they got their heads split by them batons and this video footage lands a few in jail.
Not embarrassing at all, I'm quite impressed. Good on those lads for showing the murdering bullyboys that football fans aren't pussies or sheep.
its worse when you get a glimpse of a 40/50 year old bloke in the middle of it all, who doesnt even have the excuse of youthful stupidity..
But not quite as embarrassing as admitting you've never been to Hillsborough before In prison? Supporting another club? In a coma?
What I found funny was before I entered the ground, I had my bag and my coat on and they only asked to see what was in my bag whilst they asked captaintigerrobin to do a full body search XD
Those pricks weren't our fans, they probably support man u or Leeds, or have no interest in football at all. Funny how we only get bell ends like that at local away games.
