I was very happy to see that Wenger tried 3/5 at the back, I think it's a great formation, and we certainly have the personnel to use it more regularly.
Well i've just gotten back home from the game! That was such a nice victory, because I wasn't expecting a win today but a draw, so it's always nice to win when you don't expect to. Lot's of positives from today's game, we had to fight for this victory, at 1-0 down we weren't looking good, so it was good we didn't put our heads down at 1-0 and just roll over, but we fought back, and was great to see Giroud score his first EPL goal. Cazorla, what can you say? Mertesacker proved he's our current best CB. Walcott shows he still has a lot to offer us. Arteta, what can you say about him, most underrated player in Europe. All in all, great win, was really funny seeing how angry some West Ham fans got when it we scored our 3rd goal, lol, as some of them were walking out they were angrily gesturing to some of us to come meet them outside and they'd be waiting for us, LOL, that was such an amusing sight.
No prawn sandwiches. Sweet and sour chicken with tiramisu after and all the booze you could neck in 2 hours, The rice was uncle ben's and the exec box was like a container off the back of a HGV. Not sure why it has 2 pull down beds in the walls though. Are West Ham really that dull? Not many mistakes from Ramsey & Walcott should have been on from the start of the 2nd half at the latest. Carroll owns anything flying above 8 feet. The lad has an immense work rate and virtually unbeatable off the ground. Great noise from the fans and a great goal from Cazorla that coincided perfectly with the Hammers chanting he's a **** Lionel Messi
I am a big fan of Walcott. The only thing that worried me was his goal came when there was a lot of space opening up all over the pitch. Maybe Wenger saw that and thought the time was right for him? If that's the case, he might not start the next game.
What an absolutely pathetic dive by Bale, and he doesn't even get a yellow... Could have ended the game right there if he had fooled the ref.
I just saw that. Shocking. No contact what so ever. The FA should implement retrospective bans to kick it out. Absolutely disgusting.
This really needed no retrospection. The ref saw everything... What the game needs is for the refs to be more consistent and give out the right decision no matter the proceedings of the game, whether it's the home side, etc, etc. You could almost see him contemplating it in his head, and then pussying out.
Stoke are really roughing up Liverpool. I bet if they complain, others will say their claims are valid. But when we complain about Stoke, we simply can't handle 'physical teams' and not 'thugs'.
