GPWM. It is crucial to stay up this season for the reason highlighted above. We cannot afford to risk it anymore with Hughes.

What a cop out. I have TOLD you that I have ALWAYS thought MH was the wrong person. I stand by that. As to ME slagging off something, that is what you are doing with this thread. What a hypocrite!! I have also TOLD you another idea. HARRY REDKNAPP. If you wish to make a fool of yourself by not reading what has previously been posted on the thread that YOU created, then that is your decision. My advice would be that you do the tiniest bit of research before your next farcical post. Thanks for the apology, by the way.

Without doubt Col I just think this team has tremendous potential and I credit Hughes for building it. I have shown that I changed regarding NW who got us here but then went off the radar and played some dreadful stuff ... I haven't forgiven NW in fact it was such a waste of a great foundation team.
If we don't win in another 5 games I will concede of course but I have stuck with this exciting team .
I do think SWP is doing well in this system ... I am not about to say the same about our defence but I say this

Under NW we couldn't even keep the bloody ball now please look at the difference . We are directing big areas of our games and we grow at that ...we learn ... We then learn how to win
Because we are having to first learn how to lose isn't a good enough reason for me at this time to join in and attempt to blow up that good work and Hughes has to be credited for that IMO

I stick , I stand and support until he gets it right or I will in my time join you plus I will of course apologise

    No one on ignore ever
I support Hughes at the moment
If he goes and by that he fails to turn his team in points then not only will I say I was wrong but I will support the new man. Who would I like to see if that happens. Looking at TF and the team and them wanting a top London club for the future ...

    José Mourinho

Fair question Col, and the honest answer is 'I don't know'. If we were being offered Johann Cruyff rather than Harry Redknapp, I'd probably say NOW! But the paucity of all the alternatives, plus the fact that Hughes' teams are serial slow starters ( I know this is not good enough), and, unlike others I do not count last season, when he was working in totally different circumstances (still with the majority of inherited players), means some time yet. Hughes is not my dream manager (prefer a European to be honest, with an attacking/flair pedigree), but he is building what we have, has brought in some real quality and has a genuinely decent record in the PL, and I don't see any alternatives that will turn things round in days (but I have no time at all for Arry, which may make me an outlier)
I suppose, logically, TF should sack him the moment it becomes mathematically impossible for us to beat Warnock's total points tally when he was sacked - 17 points after 18 games(?). We'll see. Totally agree that staying up is critical this time round.

Ok thank you I trust you didn't support MH and your opinion is that Harry will beca good replacement .
I believe Harry would be a awful manager for QPR and I don't rate him at all IMO

Exactly what miracles would Harry do to change our fortunes?

I agree with that too, as I said earlier, he would do what he did to Saints. Relegate us and then leave.

It still doesnt mean Hughes is the right man for us.

Didn't he sell taarabt to us. How do you know if he would do that. It is very easy to criticise and at times understandable but we are seven games in. Seven! QPR are a team in transition. Give it time and it will come good.

Hes had 26 games and we have 22 points, he is our worst manager in over a decade despite spending more than all the others in that time put together. Its not just a blip, this is all he can do.

It gets on my tits when people say 'we've only played 5/6/7 games'. We have played 26 games under Hughes. He is a disaster. Most of us can see that he should be changing his tactics, but he doesn't. If I were his boss, he would be getting the Spanish Archer!!!
