If you check back to my OP, you'll see that I wrote "the SMC/the Allams" - precisely cos I didn't know how pricing was done....
Chaz and mussie, didn't think you were the foam hand type, thought you pair were proper fans that don't wear replica shirts and hate new fans!
huh? the last shirt i bought was when i played football in the middle east cos that's what the shirts are designed for, i.e. to play sport in. with regard to foam hands, i dont even own a pair of driving gloves.
One drain on our resources is that no matter the attendance or how few away fans are there, and despite having the full amount of stewards, the police foist ridiculous charges n City, using them as a revenue stream and a chance to exercise the horses and dogs at City's expense. £60,000 per game and even more when they have what they deem as a high risk game, ie 120 Millwall fans.
With the Allams being the financially strict businessmen they are, I'm certain they won't be too happy about this and will be looking at stopping the police from leeching us. Why should the club have to pay that much anyway? If police demand to be there they are a public service.
