Excellent Service at the Box Office today.

Was in the Box Office doing a bit of business and have to say the service was excellent. Much better than I've been used to in the past.

Got to give credit where credits due, the young lady behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. She just about bent over backwards to get me sorted out.

are you employed by the club?there were 3 people in front of me ,it took 25 minutes to get served , a foreign cpl were wanting tour tickets they asked if it was allways like this, i was then told sorry sold out(derby) a bit of A4 and a permanent marker with the words derby sold out would of been a huge help! by this time there was a doz people waiting, 3 tills 1 serving!asked a member of staff why no one was jumping onto the other tills he said the shop and ticketing were 2 separate departments i suppose i should add that 1 of the customers was after a wheelchair space she did seem to be doing her best but the fact was the queue was getting longer n longer and no 1 seemed to give a sh1t

 

Hardly employed by the club, I wouldn't have been in a queue in the first place if I was would I?

Speak as you find and I was given exceptional service even though I did have to wait in a queue to get served.

As regards the Derby game, I thought it was common knowledge that it was sold out, it was mentioned on here.

was told it had come down to 50 points ran along ,must of been only a few left ,didnt get 1,it was the fact big queue and yet no 1 seemed remotely bothered,by the way it wasnt a personal attack
