Anyone know the best places to park around Hillsborough? I plan to get there early and don't mind walking a mile or two to the ground if necessary.
If I don't get to the game is there any way to listen to it anymore? I'm in Leicestershire so can't listen to blunderside, any Sheffield stations likely to broadcast it or does the tigers player radio link actually work now?
I park @ Owlerton Speedway and Greyhound stadium just down the road from the ground. Nice pub on the corner as well. KFC opposite. Last time i was there it was £3 but i bet its now £5. But it is manned.
How long does it take to get away from there? I will be on a VERY tight time scale and will have no time to sit in traffic, even if it means walking (well running) a mile or two. Anywhere that puts me en route to the M1 or A61 would be proper spankin innit.
If you leave 10 mins from the end you could be back on the M1 within 20 mins. The ring road is now finished and normally very quick. Be warned though. The dual carriageway has speed cameras and they work sadly. Lol.
The whole country could learn alot from Swindon. I notice there's alot of housing areas nearby are they crammed up or permit holders only? If I'm going I don't fancy missing the last 10 minutes, it would be a bit like leaving the pub before they lock the doors...

Tell me more Bob?? Because the one i had on the A14 Tuesday night was strikingly similar to the ones the mrs just got the kids for tea from Bev Rd tonight. All cheap nasty plastic interiors, sullen staff etc. Though cos its Bev Rd there was a sizeable element of smack rats loitering about, is that the difference?
