what you are overlooking is that the vast majority of victims of this kind of thing are in no rush to face their abusers in a court. most feel somehow overpowered. there has been nothing in the stories about any of them seeking anything from his estate either.
I don't think you understand the point I've made, in that the media are not the courts and internet commentators are not judge and jury. Saville might have abused young girls. Would you like to be judged on the internet by people going on what they have read and gossiped about, and seen on TV?
Stan, you said it all. What proof does anybody have. He probably did use under-age girls for sex but you can't condemn people on the basis of articles written in the Daily Telegraph or on the fact that he looks like a shady ****. It might be true but it certainly is a witch-hunt and trial by media.
My final point on this. I can't stand Jimmy Saville. He most likely was very shady.
