We saw the best and worst of him. First half - he commanded the midfield and was excellent. Second half - he was lazy and didn;t offer much. Would rather see Sahin, Lucas and Allen/Suso as the midfield trio.
Its all about rotation. I personally take great confidence in the fact that Gerrard, Lucas and Allen can be swapped for Shelvey, Henderson and Sahin. We just need to get that strength in every area of the pitch now. Especially the front three.
Lucas is first in every time for me, we're leaking goals and the midfield needs stiffening. Both goals we're from poor cover from a midfield looking to get on to the attack and no anchor, Allen is good but he's no Lucas in that department.
Regards his celebration he does that after every goal! Look back at them it has nothing to do with halsey
