I thought it was a golden era to be fair mate...like the days when only people who lived within twenty yards of a football ground went to the match <ok> I miss those days <wah>

And there we go Billy. He could have skipped all the pretense & gone straight to the name calling.

Kapla! Sorry that's Klingon not cling on? Or are you talking about cling film: whatever floats your boat fella ;)

Nothing natural about your flow mate.

Quite right! Away off and prove your point on the Everton board or as you said earlier the United or Chelsea board....oh wait for SOME reason like everyone else you came here.

    You are assigned room 3452...enjoy,

I came to the Liverpool board as I thought it was most relevant to that club but it could of been United , Chelsea possibly but there are few Chelsea fans North of Watford , it seems Liverpool fans are spawned down there <laugh>

Never understood this 'gloryhunter' brush. Who wants their club to lose? Ok, if someone at the age of 25 decides they support Man United, it's probably justified. But supporting a big club most of your life despite living closer to a team in the lower leagues isn't gloryhunting at all.

I've only known one "glory hunter" personally. His first team was LFC, moved to BlackBurn now a United fan. Now I've seen the upturn in visibility of the current successful team's shirt around town but its still a silly false standard.

People have various reasons why they follow a team. They don't have to justify why unless they start criticizing the 'why' for others...like this Wum.

Arrogance beyond belief to think you alone can decide who people should support. Not sure thus guy is popular with other Saints supporters, or fellow bar patrons, ......his family....I bet he even bores the hookers he uses with his "rules".....

Quiet tonight at Anfield , the atmosphere is not what it was , quite a few empty seats as well , that must be the late cattle steamer packet boat from Ireland that koppite was on about <laugh>

I see you're still logged on you space cadet, hows the lunar surface tonight Buzz?<laugh>

'loads'?, i never said loads i never said any number in particular or where in Ireland they were from, i merely proved that we had support from Ireland before we became successful pre and post Shankly becoming our manager, You keep mentioning Cork like it's the only place that exists in Ireland(according to hash it is.)the lads that traveled over in the 50s&60s probably were mostly from the east coast but so what you lost your pathetic argument.

In the 50s and 60s in Ireland there was no ferry to Holyhead with a train to Chester and a Merseyrail service connection dipshit.<laugh>

Btw i'd just like to point out that air travel was possible in the years in question and there was a service between Dublin and Speke-Liverpool airport on Aer Lingus.

Just lick your wounds and **** off.<ok>
