It's a very complicated issue and each pair has to be judged on their own merits. However, as a general rule of thumb: I don't like fake tits at all. Real beats plastic every time. I prefer them big, but don't like them big and flabby. I'll sacrifice size for some firmness and shape. The tits need to be in proportion to the body. Some women suit smaller tits and wouldn't look right with massive melons. I like regular sized areolas. Small ones like rosebuds and big fried egg efforts are not aesthetically pleasing. On white women, I prefer the areola to be pinkish though that would look freakish on a darker skinned lady. I like a nice erect nipple, but not those really thick ones that resemble a cigar butt

Well, so far, the chaps seem to prefer big uns with a tie between big naturals and just over a handfuls. Unbelievably, "wee Savile breasties" appear to be doing quite well
No that fussed about tit size. What's important to me is how she reacts to having them played with. I've also come across (pun intentional) good and bad boob jobs. A properly done boob job is near to indistinguishable to the real thing. However, I will admit my research in this area is a work in progress.
