MH has done a lot of work bringing this team together and brining in decent behind the scene staff and even if he is sacked will have contributed to taking the club forward, however......

He seem to have a massive tactical gap and response to problems on the pitch is woefully slow, you could pick out so many mistakes in the original formation last week, it was laughable and his close eyes and hope it's going to be ok rather than change the formation is unforgivable.

We have been clearly shown what formation needs to be played, on the pitch not the forums, and if he doesn't change I think there is no hope for him but if he does there may be a way out for him....

Hate to agree to often with Flyer but looks good to or maybe -

    -----------Cesar

    Dyer---Hill----Nelsen----Onuoha

    -----------Mbia-------

    -----Granero-Faurlin----

    Park------Zamora-----Taarabt

Subtle differ I know, still don't think BZ will get the support in the box but change is a must, Hiolett and Cisse Possible in the front 3 also.

Agree with most of your points. I am not a fan of his tactics in some games - but also agree we should give him time. IT would be suicide to change managers. I still have a crazy idea that on the right day - we have a squad that could beat anyone. We all expected it to take time to gel - but seem to have forgotten that plus we have had our defence thrown by injuries. Hughes is over cautious. I think some points he has had to make with the team however - if Adel has not 'turned up' in training or sloped off after not being picked on the early train home - he should be dropped - no player is bigger than the team - if he then has a point to prove and plays our of his skin in the next few games - then Hughes did right.

If after 12-13 games (third of season) we're in the bottom three, then I'll start to worry. But for some reason I've got faith that MH will come good. Don't know why, don't know where from but I think we'll have a decent season. Maybe it's my ovaries playing up.

Our squad is capable of beating anyone, that's not a crazy idea at all. As for Hughes I've always said from day one he wasn't the right choice, the players saved us last season with help from Bolton and Crouch on the final day, not Hughes imho.

Adel's ok, can't see many overpaid Premier League players catching a bus home at half time, they wouldn't be seen dead on public transport. Says something positive about how down to earth and unpretentious he really is.

LOL. Remembering how much traffic there is on that road up into Hammersmith and the Bush, he'd have been better off on his bike!

If we win and put in good performances, it's the players. If we lose and play badly it's Hughes. Who'd be a Premier League manager on a £3m salary eh?!?

Also it shows what a stroppy git Taarabt is, not how down to earth he is. Although I do love him (in a macho way).

Both goals were scored from an identical position on outside the right hand post by an unmarked man.

I take it you are looking from behind our goal? ... You should relate things from the attacking side's view IMO the goals were scored on the left and how you think that relates to SWP positional requirement is at least a strange view of what happened ... anyone else care to comment here .. ESPN diagram is wrong Flyer both goals were scored 4 feet from the by line.
I honestly can't see how anyone could predict Nolan's shot and Va Tez's goal hit Mbia who was relatively tight on the West Ham player

They were scored in the right hand area of our field by an unmarked player. SWP is supposed to be in the team for his tracking back and defensive abilities. He was nowhere for either goal and he should have been back helping out Onuoha. There was no one within yards of either scorer as the ball came over.

Yeh, both goals were scored from positions very close to the by line, on the right side of our defense- which surely is Onouha's area of responsibility. But to be fair to him on the first one he had moved in centrally, to cover I think, when both Nelsen and M'bia had gone out to stop Te Water and Nolan. It was a fluky goal but not helped by Park who stood still and watched Tee Bag, or Ale who ran back only late and half-heartedly towards Nolan, in the immediate build up to that goal.

To be frank yes where was Onouha on the second ... but Flyer thinking it should be SWP is i am afraid off the mark ... I think he swaps with Zamora on corners

Ive just looked at the 1st goal and who is running back too late? SWP standing yards off his man with Onuoha. You can even see him in your 1st pic on his heels.

also the 2nd goal wasnt scored direct from a corner and SWP is standing in 10 yards of space on the edge of the box marking no one.
look at 1:27 here, sorry its the scum.

Nice OP Judo, all for the positivity, but QPR and rationality are uneasy bedfellows.

On train now but will when I get home
I do know however that against Chelsea SWP tracked like a warrior and was lucky to get away with a trip on Hazard

Its also funnier when hes wrong, SWP was in the box for both goals marking no one. I wasnt too impressed with Faurlins positioning either allowing 2 WH players to get goal side of him on the edge of the 6 yard box.

Never said the 2nd was direct from a corner ... It came after a corner and the scramble that followed it
SWP is rarely in our own box at corners and the second goal it was Mbia who had Vaz Te
