Totally agree Tony, it would be a very sad day when you couldn't let your child out to play (which is critical part of a child's development IMO) or if parents were gripped with fear due to these sick individuals. We have to look at how to deal with these sickos (desert island?). I have two boys 2&8 and can't even bare to think about anything happening to them but I know I (as any other parent) would do anything to keep them safe. My heart and prayers go out to the parents of this child and pray she is found safe and well.
