We have added a few younger players in Buttner and Powell and RVP who is of the older variety.

with our 100+ year old trio though playing most games so far 23.85 seems a bit out.

What happens if you add up each line up and find the average?

Could be how they have done it mind.

How many games have Liverpool played their kids in? and if you add up all your players who have played in the league whats the average age. If its 23.3 then clearly the United one is wrong but if its different then its the method they have used to reach the figure that we dont know.

I suspect they have decided Giggs must really be 18 not 38, his complete lack of ability so far this season suggests hes an inexperienced 18 year old rather than the most experienced living football still playing the game

 

Or just past it and retired and didn't count him at all

 

Didn't include his age but did include in in 'players used' numbers

 

Even the 'up and coming' talents of Bale are already 23 though.
