Relative ratings within a squad can be done by a fan of the club. The ratings of that squad in the broader context of the game would then be done elsewhere. It stops farcical situations like the one where Cooper and Devitt are rated equally.
Am struggling with us on FIFA, find it really hard to score. Guess they mirrored us on the last few seasons efforts.
I love city in this game, aluko is sick with his 90 pace and I'm scoring easily... although you gotta swap things around a bit. I play simpson and aluko up front, bring on mclean if necessary. elmo and quinn on the wings... 4-1-2-1-2 all the way
Don't know what you lot are on about ratings every players rated 85 On FIFA I always play diamond 4-4-2, I'm using a back 4 of dudge faye chester rosey, Elmo and aluko as wide midfielders, oli holding, Koren forward and matty can't strike a ball properly and proschwitz up top. For FIWC games just swap out Chester for Hobbs.
I can not believe that they have rated Jakupovic higher then Amos. Amos is great as opposed to Jakupovic, whose distribution on fifa is abysmal.
I've never won as us in the seasons game. Even lost to bastard St Johnstone today and Rowan Vine got the winner!
Funny old game FIFA, go and hammer the better players then get cocky against the people who are totally **** and should be thrashing 10-0 and gift them sloppy goals. Just like city I guess
Now then loves. I'm not really much of a gamer, but once a year I normally like to buy the new Fifa if it looks any good. I notice the new one came out the other day. Has anyone got it? If so, good? Bad? Average? I have a 360, so anyone got it on that format? Cheers princesses. Party.
It's an improvement on last year but it's not a whole revamp like the last few have been since 08. Just improved player movement and positioning off the ball, realistic ball control and first touch, took away the ability to get every free kick on target and score 90% of them from anywhere on the pitch (in fact I haven't scored or conceded from a direct free kick at all yet in 40 odd matches) and vastly improved physics like how the ball moves, how players tussle and challenge for a ball, strength actually plays a key part now. All in all if you play online it's definitely worth getting but if you're a tight arse or just play the odd game now and again or play offline it's not a great deal different to FIFA 12. But it is a lot more realistic now and plays more like you'd expect real life football matches to play.
As I feared the first touch system has been overdone. It's a good idea but players make daft first touches at totally inappropriate times. I understand if a Championship player doesn't control a 50-yard pass perfectly but when Messi can't control a ball headed his way at half a mile an hour you have to question it.
I quite fancy it, so I'll get it. The last used to irritate me when playing against the computer, they'd have the ball and just prance around in circles or going backwards with it. For ages. It was hard to get it off them, but they did **** all in terms of playing. Total waste of time that used to irritate me.
How big is your TV? You're confusing going to the KC with playing a video game. As for FIFA, they should bring back the indoor option they had on Road to World Cup '98. More games should exist where you can score an own goal by taking a freekick that hits the cross bar and rebounds so hard you lob your own keeper in a five a side goal.
If anyone feels like a game you can find me with my ps3 tag. BumbleBee1841 I normally play COD so don't expect to much resistance. Just friend me and when you feel like a game send me an invite.
I love it now despite losing my first 25 odd games online, not ashamed to admit it. I play a flat back five to stop the sprint spammers running straight through the defence and the through ball pingers getting in behind me and its a beautiful game, they have improved it by throwing in random elements like fluffing your touches rather than trapping every ball like glue.
